Dr. Hanna Ekstrom
Dr. Hanna Ekström has been practicing veterinary medicine for almost 20 years since her graduation from Cornell College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. She enjoys treating both cats and dogs, either in their home, or in her cozy office in Woodinville. Hanna is passionate about her practice, caring for each patient as if it were a pet of her own. She prides herself on treating each pet and family as an individual using practical, medically sound principles. When she is not working as your house call veterinarian, she’s the mother of five children (three biological and two foster), 1 dog, 2 cats, 4 gerbils, and many, many fish! In her spare time, she travels to Nicaragua twice/year to run a kids charity called Save Their Smiles.

Dr. Walaini Sung has been practicing Veterinary Medicine since 2005. Recently moving to the NW from Phoenix, AZ last year. She has practiced in general practice, emergency medicine and behavioral medicine. Her family includes many cats, many dogs, many birds, but just one husband! We are very fortunate to have Dr. Sung working with us!

Sara joined At Home Vet in May, 2011. She recently moved from Michigan to Seattle with her boyfriend and dog “Cricket”. Sara has spent most of her time working in the loss prevention and corrections field, and is really excited to finally be working with people and their pets every day. She loves working with such a caring group of people and meeting all the wonderful pets and owners At Home Vet services. In her free time Sara enjoys horseback riding, hiking with her dog, and exploring all that Seattle and Washington have to offer.

Stephanie is the newest addition to At Home Vet’s team, but she comes to us with over 5 years of experience working (running, essentially) a small veterinary office with a hometown feel similar to that at our office. When not working with people and pets and the office, she is busy loving on her new baby, Dakota, and caring for her not so new baby, Bruce, a 150 lb English Mastiff.

Susan is our Office Manager. She joined us after working many years in the large animal side of Veterinary care. Susan resides in Kirkland with her family which includes 2 bouncy Boxers and a Siamese cat. Susan also has Morgan horses and when not working or spending time with her family she can be found at the barn enjoying her horses.
